Terms of service
These terms are an agreement between you and Growdex Technology Solutions Limited (“Growdex”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in Nigeria, for using Growdex Ads at growdex.ai. By creating an account or using Growdex, you agree to them. If you use Growdex for a business, you confirm you are allowed to agree for that business.
1. What Growdex does
Growdex helps you create, publish and manage ads on ad platforms such as Meta, TikTok and Google, using your own ad accounts. Growdex does not buy ads for you. All ad spend is charged by the ad platform to your own ad account and payment method.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and give accurate information.
- Keep your login safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account, including actions by people you invite.
- Tell us at once at support@growdex.ai if you think someone has used your account without permission.
3. Connected ad platforms
When you connect an ad platform, you allow Growdex to act in the ad accounts you choose: reading results and, when you ask, creating, publishing, pausing and changing campaigns and budgets. If you turn on automatic features such as safety rules or autopilot, you allow Growdex to make those changes within the limits you set. You must follow each platform’s own terms and advertising policies. Platforms may reject, limit or stop ads, and we are not responsible for their decisions.
4. Your content and ads
You own the text, images, videos and other content you add. You give us permission to store and process it only to run Growdex for you. You are responsible for your ads and must have the rights to everything in them. Do not use Growdex for ads that are illegal, misleading, or break platform rules.
5. AI suggestions
Growdex uses AI to draft campaigns and suggest changes. Suggestions can be wrong. Always review them before you publish or accept them. Nothing spends money until you press Publish or turn on an automatic feature.
6. Plans and payment
Some features need a paid plan. Prices are shown in the app before you pay. Plans renew until you cancel, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Ad spend is separate and paid to the ad platforms.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse Growdex: for example, do not try to break in, overload it, copy it, resell it without our agreement, or use it to harm others. We may suspend accounts that do, or that put other users or platforms at risk.
8. Results and liability
We work hard to keep Growdex accurate and available, but we cannot promise any ad result, or that the service will never have errors or downtime. Growdex is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost ad spend, or indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Ending
You can stop using Growdex and disconnect your ad accounts at any time, and ask us to close your account. We may end or suspend access if you break these terms. Our privacy policy explains what happens to your data.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and tell you about important changes before they apply. If you keep using Growdex after that, the new terms apply.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes go to the courts of Nigeria.
