  • Meta: images at least 600×600 and up to 30 MB, or videos. Square (1:1) or portrait (4:5) work best; 9:16 for Stories and Reels.
  • TikTok: video only, 5 seconds to 10 minutes, up to 500 MB. Vertical 9:16 works best.
  • Google Search: no image needed.
